The Allthing
The Allthing is the governing body of Northheim. The heads of each household meet once a year to debate any issue or policy change needed to govern Northheim.
The Allthing is also used to decide disputes and regulate judicial combat within the realm. The Allthing is lead by the Duke The Duke is both figurehead ruler and high seat of the Allthing . His rule lasts so long as he lives.
