 | About UsNorthheim is loosely based on the ancient Norse mythology with Wagnerian and Tolcanian mythos sprinkled in for flavor. Not quite a reenactment group and not quite a LARP, Northheim has the distinction of taking on the best aspects of both. Join us as we do battle , feast and make merry as only the Vikings can!
We are closely connected to the Kingdom of Avalon and participate in their events as well as holding three events a year.
Events!Our events center around tourniment, competition, feasting and revelry. Fighting is done with padded weapons as used in many major battle games and is fast paced and extremely intense! Likewise, our deversions and games follow games done at Norse festivals of days gone by. Walk and fight along side the Gods , Meet heros and villains of Norse Myth and legend, show your strength and skill in Norse Wrestling, Target Archery and more! Learn to Brew your own meads and beers at workshops and learning moots to create grand and flavorful beverages! All and more are found here! |
